Filing begins only after you approve the return and full payment is received. If your return is rejected by the IRS or state agency, we will correct and resubmit at no extra charge.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of tax preparation services, we do not guarantee refunds. Refunds are only available if:

• The client cancels before work has begun on the tax return,
• No documentation has been uploaded or reviewed by our team.

Once tax preparation has started, payment is required even if the client decides not to file. However, you will not be charged until you are satisfied with the tax return outcome and have approved it for submission.

Client Expectations

Our services are 100% virtual and designed to be simple, fast, and secure. You are expected to:

• Complete the client intake form and upload necessary documents,
• Communicate timely for any follow-up or clarification,
• Approve the return before we file it on your behalf.
